The Executive Chairman of Kwali Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Hon. Danladi Chiya has felicitated with Christian-faithful across the Area Council as they celebrate the birthday of Jesus Christ.

Hon Chiya, in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Prince Babangida Sarki, the Chairman told Christians to show love to one another and enjoined them to celebrate moderately.

He said: ” I feel privileged and blessed to leverage on this lacuna of celestial opportunity and imprimatur to celebrate with you in this splendiferous yuletide season of razzmatazz adagio of hedonism. May you be endowed with a abundance of his grace and avalanche of the greater beyond to perpetually experience this moment of proscenium of joule de vivre in many more decades to unfold.”

The Chairman who is also the FCT ALGON Chairman said “Christians should scale down and be moderate in celebrating Christmas as a result of the country’s worsening economy.”

Hon Danladi Chiya appealed to the blessed people in the society to use the opportunity of the yuletide season to put smile on the faces of the less privileged by assisting them, affirming that “there is a silver lining in the sky”.

He wishes Kwalians and FCT residents a Merry Christmas and prosperous New Year.
